Introduced in 2001, SNP-IT tag array offers unprecedented levels of genotyping capacity and, we believe, sets a new standard of performance and versatility for the genotyping marketplace.

SNP-IT tag array’s major advantage is multiplexing—the ability to perform multiple SNP analyses at one time. Orchid’s ultra-high throughput genotyping system, the SNPstream UHT, uses our SNP-IT tag array technology to make large-volume genotyping feasible.
